AI Assessment

Find out where the work and the money are leaking.

One week, inside the systems you actually work in. You come out with a findings report that names every leak, what each one costs you a month, and what to fix first.

Who this is for

Businesses where work passes through several hands and nobody owns the whole path. The signs are consistent: leads arrive through three different doors and only one of them gets logged. Quotes sit for days because the person who writes them is also running jobs. Nobody can say what a missed enquiry actually costs, because it was never written down anywhere.

You might not need one

If you already know exactly what's broken and you just want it fixed, an assessment is the wrong purchase. Book the call and we'll scope the build instead.

One week, start to finish

Four steps. Nothing to install, and no one's week gets rearranged.

01

Walkthrough

Day 1 · 90 minutes

You, whoever runs the office, and me. We screen-share the systems you actually work in, so I see how work moves rather than how it's supposed to move.

02

Interviews

Day 1–2 · 2–3 people

Short 1:1s with everyone who touches a lead or a job. The office sees what actually happens to an enquiry, which is rarely what the org chart says.

03

Trace the work

Day 2–3 · off-site

Pull the exports — inboxes, quote logs, the customer file, the accounting system. Reconcile what came in against what got logged, and put a number on the gap.

04

Findings report

Day 5

Where work is lost, what to fix, in what order, with the revenue impact of each. Walked through live, not emailed as a deck.

It runs on exports and conversations, so there's nothing to install and no one's week gets rearranged. Call it half a day of your team's time in total.

What you walk away with

A findings report on your business, not a deck about AI.

  • Every leak found, and where in the process it happens
  • What each one costs a month and a year, drawn from your own records
  • A fix list in priority order, most expensive first
  • A sequenced plan — what to do in which week
Sample assessment slide: five cases ranked by what each one costs per month and per year.
Sample assessment slide: the prioritized fix list, ordered by payback with effort and timing for each.
Sample assessment slide: before-and-after operating measures for each recommended fix.

From a sample assessment. Ridgeline Power Systems is a fictional standby-generator business built to mirror a real engagement — the figures are illustrative, the format and the depth are exactly what you receive.

What it costs

The assessment is a fixed fee, agreed before it starts — you won't see an hourly rate or an invoice you didn't expect. It's scoped to your business, because a 6-person operation and a 40-person one are not the same week of work, so I quote it on the call once I know what I'm looking at.

It is paid work. You're buying the findings, and they're yours whatever you decide to do next.

What happens after

The report is yours. If you want to run the fixes with your own team, or hand it to someone else, that's a perfectly good outcome — it's written to be handed over. If you want me to build them, that's a separate engagement, quoted separately, once we both know what's actually worth building. The assessment doesn't commit you to anything.

Start with a conversation.

30 minutes, free. We'll work out whether an assessment is the right next step — or whether you just need one thing fixed.
